In our final match announcement for BATTLE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING 47 the 15-PERSON BATTLE RUMBLE returns where the winner will become the No.1 Contender to the BCW Heavyweight Championship!
In 2017 Johnathan Preston won the BATTLE RUMBLE last eliminating Alan Payne, before going on to challenge then champion Slade Mercer for the gold only to fall short on what became a series of three matches.
In 2018 Nick Bury won the BATTLE RUMBLE in Sydney last eliminating Syd Parker, before going on to challenge then champion Maddog for the gold in a duo of matches one of which was a Death Match which became the 2018 BCW Match of the Year.
In 2019 Gabriel Wolfe won the BATTLE RUMBLE and went on to face the longest reigning BCW Heavyweight Champion of all time – Maddog in what also became a duo of matches that would lead to a Steel Cage victory and Championship gold.
While in 2020 and 2021 the BATTLE RUMBLE did not take place due to the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions. However, the BATTLE RUMBLE is back, and the BATTLE RUMBLE is stacked!
There will be surprises and one promise we make is an INTERNATIONAL SUPERSTAR will compete in the BATTLE RUMBLE to challenge for the opportunity to become the new the No.1 Contender to the BCW Heavyweight Championship along with 14 other combatants.
