After the RAPSCALLION’s successful title defence against PJ Black at BCW 48, the BUSINESS who claimed victory earlier in the Scramble Match for the No.1 Contendership intervened. SLEX reminded the Battle Kingdom that he should not have needed to earn this right, as he never received his rematch when losing the strap to MORETTI at BCW 46. SLEX then declared he would be making the rules of their encounter, before WWE Legend and Hall of Famer TITO SANTANA appeared on screen to announce his special guest commissioner role for BCW 49 and subsequently the condition for this match – a 30-Minute Iron Man Match!
MORETTI has the experience in iron man matches, having competed in the longest match in BCW history back at BCW 26 on 1 March 2019 where he defeated his foe in sudden death with one pinfall after more than 66 minutes. SLEX on the other hand has made it known to the Battle Kingdom that he always works smart and will make matches run on his own terms no matter the environment.
