Back in September 2018 at BCW 23: Extreme Battle Night Four MADDOG defeated Rob Van Dam to win the BCW Heavyweight Championship and went on to have the most successful Championship reign of all time. MADDOG defended the BCW Heavyweight Championship more times than any other combatant, in three different cities for a period spanning 538 days.
Two months prior to the commencement of MADDOG’s reign, THE RAPSCALLION debuted in Adelaide at BCW 18 defeating Angelico in a match that was supposed to be for the BCW Heavyweight Championship. MORETTI eventually captured the gold at BCW 46 last year and has been impressive from one defence to the next against quality opposition, most recently defeating AAA Mega Champion Vikingo followed by an interrupted contest against Samuray Del Sol.
At BCW 49, MADDOG became the No.1 Contender for the BCW Heavyweight Championship, defeating age old rival Krackerjak in a Dog Collar Match. Thereafter the CRAZY CANINE defeated Abdullah Kobayashi in an Ultraviolent Rules Death Match and defended his contendership against Gabriel Wolfe and Sean Preston. Now the time has come for the DOG to face the TRICKSTER!
