Our first official match announcement for BATTLE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING 56 features the return of the BCW HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION THE RAPSCALLION MICK MORETTI who defends his title against THE GREATEST LEGEND OF ALL TIME ADAM BROOKS!
More than three years ago at BCW 40, MORETTI and BROOKS went mano-e-mano for 30 minutes without a result in what was crowned 2020 BCW Match of the Year.
Since then both MORETTI and BROOKS have been involved in the 2023 BCW Match of the Year and 2022 BCW Match of the Year respectively – both against El Hijo Del Vikingo. Though MORETTI has been reigning on the top since then while BROOKS has been waiting for an opportunity to return and strike.
Now is the time, as THE RAPSCALLION has opened the door and invited ADAM BROOKS to the Battle Kingdom to try his luck once more. However, rest assured THE RAPSCALLION is not doing this for BROOKS, but in fact doing this to further his legacy and finally defeat the foe he has yet to defeat in a one-on-one contest with everything on the line in an arena they have yet to battle in!
On Friday 1 March 2024, will THE RAPSCALLION continue his Championship Journey which began in the middle of 2022, or will THE GLOAT spoil the party after spending more than twelve months away meticulously planning his return?
