In our next match announcement for BATTLE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING 41 the BCW BATTLE EXPRESS CHAMPION MITCH WATERMAN will defend his Gold against perennial contender and one-time Champion in his own right, EVERYBODY’S FAVOURITE BOGAN CLETUS!
At BCW 38 WATERMAN finished Runner-Up in the Battle Royal, second only to his brother from another mother, Nicky Bury, earning an opportunity at the BCW Battle Express Championship the following night. At BCW 39 in Sydney, WATERMAN cashed in his opportunity defeat a Lucha Legend in Juventud Guerrera.
Conversely at BCW 38 CLETUS lost his BCW Battle Express Championship to Juventud Guerrera but has since bounced back at BCW 40 defeating Ritchie Taylor to earn himself another opportunity to win Gold and summon the CLETUS CLUB.
This match will be contested with a 10-Minute Time Limit where the Championship can only change hands by way of pinfall or submission.
On Friday 26 February 2021 familiar foes will once again face off but will it be the H20 MAN channelling the fortitude of Bobby Boucher to topple CLETUS or will it be the showerless BOGAN flying off the damn roof to topple WATERMAN?
