Our next match announcement for BATTLE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING 53 pits the returning Battle Rumble Winner THE DAREWOLF PJ BLACK against THE SURGEON GABRIEL WOLFE!
Back on 19 January 2018 at BCW 11: Lucha DownUnderground Night Uno these two combatants squared off in No.1 Contendership match and it was THE DAREWOLF claiming victory. BLACK went on to the following night where he fell short in a Triple Threat Match for the BCW Heavyweight Championship, a title BLACK has attempted to win on no less than four different occasions.
WOLFE on the other hand has tasted gold in The Battle Kingdom, both in tandem and in singles where he ended the run of the longest reigning BCW Heavyweight Champion in history – Maddog. However, WOLFE’s run at the top was short lived and lasted no more than one solitary night!
In a Grudge Match that is long overdue in circumstances where BLACK takes umbrage with WOLFE being announced as “From the Slums of South Africa” the only certainty is that there will be pain and aggression in this one – and perhaps some lockjaw if WOLFE has his way.
On Friday 25 August 2023, will PJ BLACK slap WOLFE out of his continent or will THE SURGEON rip the limbs of THE DAREWOLF apart piece by piece?
