Last month MORTAR surprised everyone after almost two years’ absence from the Battle Kingdom with a triumphant return that saw herself inserted in a Fatal Four Way match at the direction of The Preston Kindred where Alan Payne mysteriously disappeared before the opening bell while then Champion Kellyanne stood shell-shocked. Catrina and Vixsin were otherwise involved in the contest but it was Mortar with a Chokeslam on Kellyanne that secured the victory.
MORTAR went on to defend her strap against Catrina in singles competition at Lucha Downundeground Night Dos in Adelaide before engaging in a Five Pack Challenge involving Arya Reign, Vixsin, Steph De Lander and Catrina once again winning out at Lucha Downunderground Night Tres in Sydney.
VIXSIN who was not pinned at any point looks to mark her territory this time round and finally walk away with the gold that has eluded her. However, the current TNA Knockouts Champion, TAYA VALKYRIE is in the mix receiving a Championship shot given her status as one of the elite women’s wrestlers of this generation and will have something to say about VIXSIN’s intentions.
On Saturday 29 June 2019 will MORTAR continue her path of destruction (subject to what happens at BCW 30 the night prior) or will a Hardcore Bitch or Lucha Underground alumni change the scope of her future?
