Our fifth official match announcement for BATTLE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING 69: LUCHA DOWNUNDER NOCHE UNO is a one-on-one match between EVERYBODY’S FAVOURITE BOGAN CLETUS w/ BUSH KELLY and the debuting SAMOAN STEAMROLLER JAMIE TAGATAESE!
At BCW 68 THE SUPER GROUSE BOGANS lost their BCW Tag Team Championships in an open challenge to The Bastard Brothers – one day shy of their anniversary. After the match the SAMOAN STEAMROLLER JAMIE TAGATESE arrived in the Battle Kingdom and destroyed both CLETUS and BUSH KELLY making a statement that will not be quick forgotten.
CLETUS is the ‘David’ of BATTLE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING, which dates to BCW Inauguration on 25 November 2016 where he defeated Elliot Sexton who went on to compete in WWE. However that was nearly ten years ago – JAMIE TAGATAESE is THE SUPERCHARGED TANK who is similar to absolutely nobody who has ever featured in the Battle Kingdom before.
On Friday 22 May 2026 will CLETUS with an assist from BUSH KELLY find a way to topple the new Goliath OR will JAMIE TAGATAESE run through the BOGAN like he is nothing more than a twig from a small tree?
