BCW63 – Results

On Friday night BATTLE CHAMPIONSHIP WRESTLING 63 took place producing the following results:

1 – Last Man Standing Match:
Johnathan Preston Vs Sean Preston
The Preston Kindred finally exploded as Johnathan dared to tempt Sean one last time. In a match involving all the hardware from chairs to thumbtacks, it was the bond (literally) that tied Johnathan and Sean together. Struggling on the canvas, Sean outwitted his older brother as he rolled to his feet on the outside, as he remained bound to Johnathan who lay flat in the ring. The referee counted to ten and Sean Preston prevailed as your winner, leaving his sibling in his wake.

Winner: Sean Preston

2 – Keiji Muto Introduction:

Keiji Muto introduced himself to the Battle Kingdom as he declared his presence was not only to observe but to also scout Australia’s best professional wrestlers.

3 – BCW Battle Express Championship Match:
Levi Nixon (c) Vs Jordie Sparkles
Nixon entered the ring first with new gear but the same music, however it was apparent that individual success has gone to the head of the Sexy Greek Boy. Sparkles on a streak of 2-0 was looking to make it 3-Gold. Although Sparkles was brave throughout the
match, it was Nixon who closed the show with a shining wizard, in a taunt towards Keiji Muto, for the three count and title retention. After the victory Nixon taunted Muto some more, by stealing his pose to celebrate.

Winner… and STILL BCW Battle Express Champion… Levi Nixon via pinfall

4 – BCW Women’s Championship Match:
Frankie B (c) Vs Tarlee
Tarlee returned to the Battle Kingdom looking to win the strap that has alluded her for years. Frankie B not one to shy away from pronouncing what she desires, went straight at Tarlee by any means necessary. In the end, with the referee blindsided Frankie B stole victory by placing her feet on the ropes for the pin.

Winner… and STILL BCW Women’s Champion… Frankie B via pinfall

5 – No Count Out Match:
Gabriel Wolfe Vs Anth Cava
Wolfe declared centre ring that he would rip Cava’s arm out of its socket, while Cava had been telling anything who would listen that he will be introducing Wolfe to the Cavarack. No limitations on the match going outside, left this one in good stead to finally determine a winner. However, using the referee as a pinball led to a double disqualification and once again, it is inconclusive as to who the better man is.

Winner: Draw via Double Disqualification

6 – BJW Tag Team Championship Match:
Baka Gaijin (Mad Man Pondo & Dale Patricks) (c) Vs Loose Bastards (Adam Brooks & Krackerjak)
Tornado and Hardcore Rules for this contest, led to these four combatants making it a bloody war in and out of the ring. Pondo used the stop sign and entered a war of staple guns with Krackerjak, as Brooks and Patricks explored ways to impress pain upon each other. In an environment known all too well to Baka Gaijin, it was the Champions that prevailed with the pinfall victory, as the reunion of the Loose Bastards became a short-lived fairy tale.

Winners … and STILL BJW Tag Team Champions… Baka Gaijin via pinfall

7 – BCW Battle Express Championship No.1 Contenders Scramble Match: This Guy Vs Barry Lucky O’Leary Vs Robbie Thorpe Vs Ryan Rapid Vs Sam Yannis Vs Aaron Solo
Ten minutes of chaos led to different combatants becoming No.1 Contenders at different times. Thorpe was dominant, O’Leary was opportunistic, Rapid was impressive and Solo was smooth. However it came down to the final moments where This Guy who was ironically very lucky, looked to be the victor, until Yannis gained momentum and pinned his foe with seconds remaining to become the BCW Battle Express Championship No.1 Contender. After the match, tag team partner and BCW Battle Express Champion, Levi Nixon confronted Sam Yannis and reminded him that it was only a chance, and nothing more to get excited as Yannis fired up.

Winner … and BCW Battle Express Championship No.1 Contender … Sam Yannis

8 – BCW Tag Team Championship Match:
The Super Grouse Bogans (Cletus & Bush Kelly) (c) Vs The
Natural Classics
In a match where there were mind games aplenty, the Classics appeared stunned by the constant unpredictable behaviour from the Bogans. The Bogans appeared in their natural habitat of disaster to wrestle their way into a position to nail their opponents with a Compactor for the 1-2-3 and first successful title defence.

Winners … and STILL BCW Tag Team Champions … The Super Grouse Bogans (Cletus & Bush Kelly) via pinfall

9 – BCW Heavyweight Championship Match:
Gore (c) Vs Famous B w/Vixsin
A Championship match between the Champion and the Numero Uno with an advantage. Gore used his strength and power to dominate, but not without being distracted by Famous B’s insurance policy Vixsin. Famous B almost achieved the brass ring when landing a “Wanna Be Fly” Swanton Bomb but it was not to be. Gore then got back on top before another distraction by Vixsin where she slid the belt into the ring, and with the referee’s attention away from the action, Famous B clocked the Champ. However, when the referee turned around Famous B was holding the belt and not to be fooled, the referee called for the immediate disqualification as he declared Gore the winner.

Winner … and STILL BCW Heavyweight Champion Gore via disqualification

10 – Face/Off: Levi Nixon / The Great Muta
At the end of the evening, Levi Nixon waltzed to the ring and announced that he should have been the main event and that he was more important than even The Great Muta. Not but a moment later, The Great Muta appeared in the ring, and stared at Nixon. Nixon tempted his fate and got too close – MIST to the face of Nixon by The Great Muta! The Great Muta exited as quickly as he came as a green faced Nixon struggled to his feet embarrassed as BCW 63 came to a close.
